Creating together, finding a little light.

A project for children facing cancer or illness, their families and care teams. Art offers a space for expression and human connection.

Working with Dr. Kai Yamazaki at Osaka City General Hospital, nanahachika. brought art activities to children. A charity event took place in the hospital’s Sakura Hall on November 9, 2025.

01 / ART & PARTICIPATION

One artwork, made together.

Children contributed their own colours and ideas to a shared artwork. Drawing, making and spending time together were at the heart of this participatory experience.

02 / MAGIC & POSSIBILITY

Sharing wonder and possibility.

Together with magician MASAO, the event brought art and participatory magic to children and the families supporting them, creating opportunities for shared wonder and enjoyment.
